Tournament Entry: Please Note the Deadlines
The entry deadlines for both tournament weeks are approaching.
Age groups 30–60
Tournament week: 27 Sept. – 3 Oct. 2026
Entry deadline: 23 Sept. 2026, 10:00 a.m.
Age groups 65–90
Tournament week: 5 – 11 Oct. 2026
Entry deadline: 29 Sept. 2026, 10:00 a.m.
We have received feedback from some participants that they have encountered difficulties with the registration process. This is mainly because the ITF changes the entry process from year to year.
We are happy to provide support with any questions regarding registration. Our supervisor, Jörg Kutkowski, is also available to assist: officiating.kutkowski@t-online.de
To register, you will need an IPIN, which must be requested from the ITF. The registration process is completed via email confirmation. Your entry has been accepted once you can see yourself on the Entry List in the IPIN portal.
